Star is on a mission to rectify the past & take back her freedom from the mob.

It's 1935 prohibition has ended but the 2nd world war has not yet began. Star, a famous nightclub singer, steps from her limmo. The adoring nightclub crowd intrudes as she makes her way toward Joe’s office. On the way people cross her path causing her to flash back to the horrors the man has committed not only to her but to all those who surround him giving us insight to the extent of his “illness” (iv drug user). She seeks retribution - after all she turns 21 tomorrow, but will she get close enough to exact her revenge or will the mob stop her?
